Every contribution helps and when combined with the donations of others, we can provide financial support to help Medtronic employees in need when they are facing the unexpected. Donations to the Fund can be made as one-time gifts or recurring periodic contributions. Various donation methods are outlined and available below.
All donations to the Fund at Emergency Assistance Foundation are tax deductible in the U.S. Emergency Assistance Foundation is a 501(c)(3) public charity with Tax ID 45-1813056.
Ways to Give
Employee Donations
2:1 Matched Giving
Medtronic Foundation powers the philanthropic passions of Medtronic employees through Matched Giving. When you donate to an eligible nonprofit, Medtronic Foundation will match your donation dollar for dollar, up to $5,000 (USD) per calendar year. To maximize support for those facing impact from natural disasters or personal hardship, all employee MEEAF donations are eligible for a 2:1 match.
